The Story

Michaela Gensler, B.S., is a Junior Interior Designer. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Science with an emphasis in Interior Design, an Minor in Art from Stephen F. Austin State University. 
Gensler lived in Houston, Texas before furthering her education in Nacogdoches, Texas. Throughout Gensler’s studies she has overcome challenging problems, becoming a problem solver. She has advanced in technical design. Gensler has became a critical thinker, as she thinks things through all of the different solutions. Gensler thinks of even the smallest items that many may overlook in a project. Gensler knows how to manage problems that may occur well. Gensler started working at the Stephen F. Austin Design Center in 2019.  Through working at the Design Center, Gensler learned how to connect with clients, talk to venders, and put in requisitions for the University. Gensler has seen a turn key on multiple projects. 
Gensler has had the opportunity to attend NEOCON twice.
Gensler participated in the AIA Charette in Spring 2020.
